The quilt is finished

Have finished the quilt at last and although it isn't perfect I'm really pleased with it. I think if I started again I would make it a bit wider but other than that I'm a chuffed person. I enjoyed doing the hand applique for some bits but it definitely took a lot more time than the bits I did with the machine.

Stitching on her name took a long time, but unless I add her name to things chances are we will never be able to buy anything with it on.

Now to make one for me and these cold evenings, then it will be Connors turn x
